   • Refunds are only available if you have not used the credits to analyze any menus. Once a menu has been optimized, no refunds will be provided for the associated credits.

3. Exceptions:

   • Refunds are not available for completed menu optimizations, as these involve delivering custom, non-reversible AI-generated content.
